Warmth & Wednesday's Tornado Video

We've been talking warmth over the last few days - and it's finally on the way. Friday was a nice day to start to get used to the nicer weather on the way. We'll still see a few chances for thunderstorms next week, but things in general are going to be more "typical" for this time of year. By typical we are talking about upper 60s to lower 70s for highs.

Look at Sunday's computer model forecasted high temperatures - you can see a nice trend coming!

Temperatures in the upper 60s to lower 70s don't look too bad for this time of year, right? Pretty soon we'll be seeing 80s for you fans out there of warmer weather, but for now those of us (including me) who are fans of the lower 70s will get a chance to enjoy some nice weather!

Another thing we'll see pretty soon is severe weather. We've had a pretty light spring so far for severe storms, so we're starting to watch even closer for the chance. You might have seen some of this video before & make sure your sound is turned down if you're at work because sometimes this specific chase group will have expletives in their video, but this is some video of a few tornadoes in Kansas from the 29th.

Always remember that if you don't know how a storm is structured and works, avoid putting yourself in situations with tornadoes. There are tons of chasers out there, but they are all hopefully following the basics of storm chasing safety. We can get you more information if you are interested in that.

Have a great weekend!
