More Rain Tomorrow

Have been watching a batch of showers push through the southern areas of South Dakota this morning and it has all pretty much moved into Iowa at the present time. It will continue to move away this morning and we are looking for some sunshine this afternoon and mild temperatures once again. But it looks like some more rain is in the forecast for late tonight and tomorrow as another system scoots its way through the region. This one looks a little stronger then the ones we have already seen this week so we will likely see showers and storms be a little more numerous. Not looking at anything severe at this point but you could see some brief gusty winds and some heavy downpours if you happen to get under one of those thunderstorms. Here is a look at what some of the models are saying for rain tomorrow. The images start at 1am and go through 7pm on Friday. So it looks like many of us will see rain with this next storm system. But notice the colors; there are just a lot of greens so we aren't expecting a lot of heavy rain.
