
The showers and storms make it to the Missouri River by around 2pm but take a while to get to I-29. They finally reach the corridor by about 11pm. Notice that these are scattered storms so doesn't look like everyone will get rain. But, if you happen to get under one of the isolated thunderstorms, you could pick up a quick half inch of rain. Also, Its May which means you will be seeing a lot more of the map below. This is a map that shows the UV Index for the entire country.
