Frost

Hope you all brought those Mother's Day mums and other plants inside last night. . . frost was definitely a factor for many folks last night. If you've got pictures of the frost... send them to weather@kdlt.com and we'll try and get them on air, or at least on here. Most people along and north of the yellow line saw widespread frost as temperatures dipped below 32 degrees, although sometimes it doesn't even have to be below freezing to see frost form. That's why some places in extreme Northern South Dakota could see frost tonight, it won't be as cold as last night, but it will be a cool one. Things will warm up quickly however as winds will switch to being from the South tonight and that will really bump up our temps for tomorrow.
