We're waiting for some strong to severe storms to develop in our neck of the woods. Some of us (in the NW corner of our viewing area, mainly West River) are under a severe thunderstorm watch. This is the only severe storm so far anywhere near our area:
It's about 27 miles northwest of Belle Fourche - so still quite a ways away. We're watching to see how this one develops so we get a better idea of what to expect when we get our own storms.
