Rain This Morning

Some rain is falling across the area this morning. Most of it is quite light as you see in the picture below.Just a few sprinkles or a light shower showing up on radar in the southeast. But there are a couple of thunderstorms in south central South Dakota.

Notice the cluster in Keya Paha, Todd, and Tripp counties. These could be the cause of some lightning and thunder and some locally heavy downpours.

We are anticipating the rain to begin to increase in coverage and intensity so pull out the umbrella before you leave your house this morning.
