Warming Up!

The warm up has begun, you can definitely tell from this 24 hour temperature difference map. This was what it was like around 7pm today - so a nice change from what we had yesterday and especially from last Wednesday. Expect another "warmer" map like this for tomorrow as temperatures will still be on the rise, though the change won't be as drastic since highs reached into the 20s and even a few 30s for folks today. The sunshine will stick around as well as the southerly winds which is what will enable this warm up to occur. More clouds are going to creep back into the forecast by Sunday afternoon as a cold front approaches. This will bring colder temperatures back as well as some more snow showers. Heaviest snowfall will be in the northern half of the state... one to two inches possible. Here's a quick glimpse of snowfall totals by Monday afternoon:

Trace to 2" in the pinks and three inches possible in the area in blue.

Enjoy the brief warm up!
