The Cool July Continues

If this July has felt a little cool for a summer month, you're not alone. In fact, the high temperature in Sioux Falls has only managed to get above average just 3 of the first 19 days of the month. Sioux Falls has not had a single day at or above 90 degrees when we typically average 10. Well, according to the Climate Prediction Center (CPC) this cool pattern is going to continue through the end of the month. Here is their outlook for the next 6-10 days and the next 10-14 days.

High probabilities for much of the upper Midwest to see temperatures below normal through the next 14 days. So it doesn't look like we will get a heat wave anytime soon which is good for all of our pocketbooks.
