The month of March for areas of the north and west were quite cold and very wet in some locations. Average highs were anywhere from 2 to 8 degrees below average. Snowfall was also well above average, in some cases they saw double what they typically do, which was upwards of 16 inches.

The good news is that we appear to be starting a dry and more mild pattern at least into the weekend. So the snow will melt and we will begin to dry out a bit.
