Storms Around The Area

In the Sioux Falls area we saw a brief bit of rain just a few minutes ago - but the heaviest rain was seen toward Brookings and farther toward the East and Southeast...

That video above from shot as the storms were circulating around the area... and you can see how much the southeasterly breeze really picked up about that time.

Looking a little bit farther toward the North you could see the storm affecting the Brookings area:

Quite a storm. We'll be watching for any more to move in - but for now expect most storms toward the North and the West to be done. Drier air is moving in quickly - and as that happens the chance for storms diminishes.
