Leonid Meteor Shower

We told you about the Taurid Meteor Shower, it's come to an end, but now we're going to be able to check out the Leonid Meteor Shower until Nov. 23rd. And this one is supposed to be even better than the Taurid. Keep in mind there were only about 5 meteors per hour during the Taurid shower but they were pretty big. The Leonid shower could almost be called a Leonid Meteor Storm with as many "shooting stars" you'll be able to see a lot more than 5 meteors an hour... you'll most likely catch 100 meteors per hour on November 17th, some areas of the world may see up to 500 meteors per hour! Clear skies for the next few nights will allow us to see this brilliant display, so try and catch it if you can!

Enjoy, but bundle up since temperatures will be chilly in the 20s.
